Which is the best n fast download manager with integration to opera firefox, ie & auto start download, resume broken capability etc, other than internet download manager ( which limits 30 day execution) ???

And i use r connect dial up of reliance plan -650 freedom allows free data transfer of 1 gb. which app to monitor the data transfer ??? i want 2 limit 2 1 gb arount, now using dial-up monitor. is there any other apps???
