Maxthon prob after closing/exiting

I get a dialog box after closing MAXTHON.

This program has performed an illegal fucntion and will be shut down. When I click on the close button it shows the same box again and again.These r the details in it.

MAXTHON caused an invalid page fault in

dunno what it means friend.

but uninstall/reinstal clean/ update to v 1.3.3 (bld 50). shud solve ur problem. i too use maxthon, but hav not faced this problem. if it dznt solve, try visiting the maxthon forum at forum.maxthon.com

tried reinstalling that over many times... Still the same...

Do you get the error in Safe Mode?

No error in Safe mode.

Also I never use Maxthon or the Internet in Safe mode.

Hmm..try this. Go to IE, and go to Tools Menu > Internet Options. Here click the "Advanced" tab, and uncheck the option "Enable third party browser extension" and click "Apply" and "OK". After this, restart IE/Maxthon and check whether you get the error.

@Swatkat -- Same error pops up after the tweak... Also reinstalled it and the same prob....
