Blade has suggested an excelent config.I second that.
A slight change though,instead of MSI,i would recommend Asus K8V-X,costs approximately the same.

Get urself iBall 5 button optical mouse and a samsung multimedia kb or
There is a combi pack of Logitech Optical mouse and MM KB,this one's good.Get it if u can find it.

Also consider darklords advice and try to get the K8V-X ! And get Transcend or kingston ram modules will cost u a 200-300 more but will be better in the long run.
