You can change the way Securtiy Center alerts you. Go to Control Panel, and here double-click "Security Center" icon.

In this Security Center, click "Change the way Security Center alerts me" link in the left pane. Here uncheck all the options (i.e Firewall, AntiVirus, Automatic Updates) and click "OK" and exit from Security Center.
