Default Please Help!!!!!!

I have purchased a new pc. Configuration is given below:

Intel Pentium 4 2.66GHz
Intel Original 915GLVG Motherboard
Hynix 256 MB x 2 RAM
Seagate 80 GB SATA HDD
Sony DVD ROM
Sony CD-RW
Sony FDD
Navtech Cabinet with 450 Watt SMPS and an extra cooling fan
Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard
Microsoft Optical Scroll Mouse
Pinacle PCTV Rave TV tuner card
HP PSC 1410 Printer
D-Link Internal Modem

My problem is:

My computer shuts down when I paly MotoGP or WWE RAW. It stops responding if I immediately switch on the PC. After a while (about 10 mins) it runs normally. There is no problem if I run only softwares. All the games ran cool in my old Pentium III machine. I shared RAM upto 32 MB to motherboard but the problem remains.

Please help.

One extra fan is already installed in the cabinet and it is working fine.
