which boradband conextion is gud in mumbai

Hi guys,

after a long time am coming to this forum...I have just been shifted to mumbai from blore..I wanted an internet connection preferably broadband(256 or 128 or even 64)..i dont have any idea about which company is good etc..could any one of you tell me from your experience which company has the best package...my requirement is unlimited night time usage and no downloading restriction..budget constraints rs 700 max a month...if there is nothing which fits the above req then plz do suggest a connection which can only be used for mere surfing and emailing(basically need it for home/office work)...how are MTNL dial up ones...

any suggestion would be of immense help to me .
