Default Which UPS

I have an AMD sys with a 500w VIP power supply,a 17" monitor, and other small accessories ... I've planned to buy a good inkjet mfd ... but my vendor said that my 600va ups wouldn'nt suffice my needs ... he told me to buy a 800va or 700 ups... but in my town only the microtek 800va ups is available .... is it good? Price please ?

i dont recommend connecting your machine and mfd to the same ups unless its over 1KVA (or even more) ... why dont u buy 2 * 600 VA UPS' and use one solely for your MFD .. the best brand is APC. U can go for others like numeric , powersafe , tvs etc.
