Default Symantec security


iam unable to perform Symantec security scan. I have verified java. It is proper please tell me the solution. Iam using Win xp sp2.

wats ecurity scan got to do with java ?

Which anti r u usin ?
sym enterprise ?
try reinstallin that,....

Also plz tell what u r unable to scan ?
java progs ?
plz elaobrate....

so u talkin bout the online scan ?
srry, never used it bfore...
well, try using IE with all activex enabled (permission) and also enable java script and alow java contols...
if possible , install a new runtime of java ....

well i would like to ad another tip... that is turning the system restore off at the time of Scan...
