Power point

will somebody let me know how I can make my power point presentation to run only as a slide show without the slide sorter or editing view when I mail it to somebody.

save the file as <filename>.pps ( select powerpoint show as file type)...

yea thats easy...
in the save as menu u will find that option in the file type list box....

thanks a lot it was soooooo simple. Another problem with power point I am facing it that when i open a presentation and click on the slide show Icon a message window appears on the screen asking to configure the microphone for speech recognition. the problem is that this window does not close, neither does clicking on cancel command has any effect and the systrem hangs. i tried chechking the speech option in control panel but could not find any thing please help.
