how to fix a static webpage in IE homepage setting

I want to make a certain webpage as my IE homepage that cannot be changed by any person / webpage.

say I want to make www.thinkdigit.com as my homepage & lock the settings. Is there any Registry Setting that I can use?

You can lock your homepage with Spybot Search N Destroy ..
