Taskbar problem

Can't do anything from the task bar.Nothing works from start button,right clicking to maximising anything.Whats the reason?

Try repairin ur installation, or jus install an sp again or fresh and try...

selsect "normal startup"

if this doesn't solves the prolem then reinsatll xp

or try to get or make a new account in xp

Is it like taskbar has become freezed???
Try one thing!
Start ur windows in Safe Mode and check whether the taskbar problem still exist, cauz its possible that some s/w is forcing taskbar to remain freezed.
Then type msconfig in Run dialog box and goto: Startup tab, and see is there ne undesired s/w listed in the list.
If its there, then simply uncheck it and restart ur windows in Normal mode.
May be it can work...

reinstallin can fix prob for sure. nd its very much pos any sware is unable to load itself so the problem.
