Default DISPALY IMAGES !!

Help Me Iam not getting any cool display images with animation in it of 80 x 80 pixels!
I got some nice images but size was a problem then i tried editing by paint which stole its animation!
Please guys help me iam getting more envious day by day by seeing others display images
The best was Garfield eating continuosly and a child(infant) smoking!
Please tell me some sites and how to edit it?

use image resizer power toy for xp and then resize any picture to the desired size.Its also included in autopatcher...look for it
