how 2 do Port Scan in DOS mode ???

Get Nmap CLI[Command Line Interface].The last time I checked they had removed the GUI frontend from their mirrors.
Read the man page & you should be on your way to scan remote systems for open ports.

I'm rather confused at you post actually,if its local system ports that you want to know of then get TcpView from Sysinternals.It maps ports to application usage in a GUI.

Note:I'm not sure about laws & stuff in India but port scanning remote systems without their consent is considered illegal in certain countries.Make sure you know what you are doing.
