Default Doubt in SYSTEM MECHANIC...

I'm using Windows XP prof. SP2

I have installed System Mechanic 5.5a recently.
In System Mechanic I saw, it cleans everything and it clean Ad-aware files also.

I have Kaspersky Anti-virus software.

My question is...?

Wheather i have to install any Ad-aware softwares or not?

Is there any problem in System Mechanic?

Please tell me some suggestions...

even thiugh sys mech offers a adware cleaning option but none can beat ad aware se and spybot snd. it wud be a good practice to install both ad aware se and spybot and just to be on the safe side also install spyware blaster to give u the best protection.

true. utilities like system mechanic or super utilities, do have spyware cleaners, but they r just there 'scratching the surface'. u must use microsoft anti-spyware or adaware or spybot.
u cud download them at www.download.com

Yesss.. get an Adware-Spyware cleanr...Iolo's System Mechanics' Cleaner is not that comprehensive.
Best Combination wud be :
1. Lavasoft's Adaware.
2. Spybot's Search & Destroy.

Both r FREE...

To Qwerty Sorry Mate...Was a Typo..

Mate it will be better if you use seprate adware/spyware remover.
Few options to consider:
1. Spybot's Search & Destroy.
2. Webroot spysweeper.
3. Lavasoft's Adaware
