I have lots of CD's. So i want a software which can maintain the names n contents of those CD's. I want the software such that whenever i give the CD to my friend, i should be able to fill up his name n if he's is gonna return the CD in 7 days, i should get an indication. Any software of this type??????? Shareware or freeware???

You can create a searchable database yorself with some database software or VB.
this is not a perfect solution for your question,but if u know to handle databeses u can do it yourself.

Dude there is a software called MaxLister that creates only the list of software u have on ur CD/HDD or other installable media.
Its a freeware.
I thought it comes closer to wat u want (atleast the database part)

I want an easy to use software for where i can keep records of the lended CD n the name of person to whom i have lended them.

I tried CD bank Catalouger. Its gr8. It helping me.

But for that lending, i want a software.
