Configuration needed

Guyz/Gals,

I wanna assemble a new PC for 30,000 ....... can anybody suggest a good configuration? Is AMD 64 a good choice?

What do you plan to use it for ?
If you are going to use it for gaming then you might not be able to fit in good gfx card in this budget with AMD 64.
