Hi! I m running Win XP Pro, Zone Alarm and Mcafee enterprise edition. Whenever I connect to internet my virus scanner detects a virus type bo:stack . Plz. help me i did a google seacrh and foud nothing.

Do u hv SP2 installed?
If NO, then first Download & install Windows XP SP2.

That's McAfee buffer overflow protection kicking in. You need to update to sp2 and install all updates from Windows.

run your anti-virus and anti-spy in safe mode. best if u cud install sp2 plus updates.

SP2 contains a lot of critical updates for systems especially those that connect to the internet. Infact a lot of the security firms advise the people to install Sp2 as soon as possible. Installing Sp2 and combining it with your AV and your anti-spyware tool should keep your system secure.
