Whenever i open BBCHindi
in FF, it shows Question marks instead of letters(like this ????? ???? ?????).
And IE shows Box.

how can i solve this problem.

A look at bbc's css says that u need the mangal and raghu8 fonts. Download from here, put them in ur fonts folder and see if the page is ok.

I think it'll also not work properly...
For example, when i open Amarujala.com in firefox, its not displayed correctly even I hv downloaded the required fonts from the site and installed them from control panel. IE displays correctly but firefox displays ?????? like that in stead of hindi fonts.

I think we should copy -paste the fonts in some specific location to be used by firefox?

also fine with Opera

After u have the fonts, u need to change ur encoding to utf8 in the view->character encoding menu.

yeah after doing this also the firefox doesn't show it up

i wil stick to opera now
