Default agp slot


can anyone tell me if there any motherboard that can support both agp and pci-express graphic card.are intel 915 motherboards backward compatible i-e for older ddr ram,pata hd ?and one more thing. which is better intel graphic media accelerator or my old nvdia mx 4000?

why do u need both yaar.
pcie outperforms agp n all graphic cards companies rinclinign towards itself.

915g series is backward compatible as u said.

i am willing to buy a pcx graphic card later on and wishing to use my old card instead.you didn't tell me which is better intel graphic media accelerator or my old nvdia mx 4000?

There are mobos with agp slot on a pciex architecture, but they use pci bus to emulate agp and hence they have a bit slower interface to the vid card. I read of such mobos in tomshardware but I haven't seen one.
