Hamar mathematics kehta hai ke -

CET=GMT+1
IST=GMT+5:30

therefore, CET-IST=1-5:30=-4:30
So,

IST-CET=4:30
IST=CET+4:30

So,
03:00 - 05:00 CET = 7:30 - 9:30 A.M. IST
(if the time in CET is in 24 Hour Format)

Sorry Guys, I was wrong.
I have verified that the diff. is 3:30 hours and not 4:30 hours. Thanks for checking the mistake. It diifers also due to winters and summers.
It is not as simple as hamar mathematics shows.

This can also be verified by checking yous system time and current time mentioned on the site. Diff comes out to be 3:30 hours.
