Default PARTITION MAGIC PROBLEM

I installed the demo version of Partition Magic 8 and tried to convert a FAT 32 drive into NTFS without losing the data, but was unable to do so. I got no error message for this.
Plz tell me what happened. Or is it not possible to do so with the demo version?

i dont know wht error occured ... but
if you want to convert FAT32 to NTFS then
go to command prompt :
type "convert C: /fs:ntfs"
replace C: by whatever drive you want to convert

it is alway better to start a fresh partition instead of converting from fat to ntfs... by any 3rd party software...........
