Default battlefield 2 demo dosnt work

the battlefield demo bundled with digit this august doesnt seem to work , installation was good but the when i start it the screen goes blank and after about 3 secs im back to the desktop .i have a p4 2.8,with 256mb ram a nvidia 5200fx graph card.help me

ur pc is quite below the minimum requirements for bf2 .. but still it should start .. have u tried different drivers ???

Your Gfx card does not meet the minimum requirements for the game, which is a Geforce 5700 series card or better.
