Default converting images to VCD


Can somebody be generous enough to suggest me a freeware or shareware to convert my jpg images to a VCD?

Picasa just does not work for me.

also you can try Photo2VCD ..its not a Freeware but you can give it a Shot....

u can try memories on tv..it's a very good software, not freeware, but well:: u can easily find it's serial no on the web...

Photo2vcd is a cool choice u have a lots and lots of features attached in the limited version.

Nero Vision Express can do that with lots of beautiful effects. It comes bundled with Nero 6.
