needed cconnect.exe... anyone

i have heard a lot abt this cconnect.exe, i.e to limit concurrent logon into the domain environment. well, as i have no idea and resource available to get this stuff, i wanted to know if anyone can give me this program.

i hope that what i wanted was a copy of cconnect as i already have what and how of this stuff. if you can just provide me with this software that would be good.
