As far as freebie is concerned I've not found anything better other than AnalogX(which you already have it seems).
If in case you need a commercial solution, try wingate.
It has a trial period I guess,it packs more punch than most commercial solutions available.

If you have a geek in your vicinity then you may want to install Squid, the Industry Standard Proxy server. It can do Content Caching as well as Content Filtering. You can install SARG on top of it to obtain beautifully formatted logs of the sites visited and squid usage.

You may want to try 602 Lan Suite which provides features exactly suiting your requirements.

It has a proxy server along with a mail server as well as pop3 maildrop retrieval system.

I doubt about free good proxy software for windows..

but for linux, there is one more version of squid, its customized by indian and I have heard its very good..

Its called as SafeSquid

Butr for windows best paid proxy server would be WinRoute Kerio Firewall..we are using it for 2 years now..and really very satisfied with it..

It can act as normal proxy as well as transparent proxy (where you dont have to enter proxy settings in all machines)

I hope this helps you
