task manager shows strange user name

hi.. today when i opened task manager for doing end task i saw that in processes tab username for processes are like ascii chars of square signs .. pc was hanged for few min and then back to noraml with normal taskmanager. i giving screen shot here is this viral activity???

I think it was due to some service failure.
Sometimes UNKNOWN user is displayed when some service stops working.
So no need to worry.

it was only for while when it hanged . now its normal

perhaps a malaware infection !?
no harm in running your anti-virus and anti-spy in safe mode.
u can try avast and ms anti-spy from http://www.filehippo.com/
