Processor: Athlon 64 3000+ Venice: 7800 Mobo: Asus A8N E : 7250 RAM: Transcend 512 MB 400MHz : 2700 Hard Disk: Seagate SATA 80GB : 2950 GFX Card: Leadtek 6600 128MB (non GT): 7280 DVD Writer: Sony DRU 800A Writer : 3700 Monitor: ViewSonic E72F+ : 7100 Cabinet: Antec Super Lanboy : 5300 SMPS: Powersafe 400W : 1350 UPS: : 1800 Im not a hardcore gamer. So I am not gonna go to GT or higher card. Lanoby I love it. Got great looks. Antec PSU was exceeding my budget. I think Leadtek is better than XFX. I am wondering if I shoud go for a black machine or white. Because Lanboy cabby is silver in color. And the monitor has silver blue and black color. The monitor is aesthetically kool. So I do not wish to replace it with any other model. Any suggestions... |

nice rig ... everything is fine and since u have already mentioned u wont change the monitor so i am not suggesting anything else. go for a black machine , it will match wid the antec super lan boy ... white tends to get and look dirty as we r in INDIA..get a branded UPS such as APC. dont risk ur components by buying cheap protection. spend a bit more and get APC (600 VA should be sufficient for u) and ya Leadtek is better than XFX. so overall a nice good rig... p.s. : you can try bargaining on the cpu price (i think its a lil high).

If u r shelling out so much then why u r not going for a 160 gb sata hdd for a thousand buck extra? Who knows, 80 GB might become bottleneck for u one day.....and economically, Rs./GB ratio is also getting drastically low if u go for 160 GB.
