Debugging Trouble

I am continously getting a message from windows " Just-In-Time-Debugging", when i click yes some kinda c++ code comes in the window and i hav to break the session. It comes again after some seconds. wats the problem

Some program is crashing very often..........

Disable error reporting or uninstall the program that has been causing such errors.............
