gaming solutions .........help me ?

i have a p4 1.7 ghz with intel 845 chipset 128 mb sd ram tnt2 m64 32mb. I know i will not be able play any latest games on this system. i know i need to upgrade my system. Jst need some help on that....
My budget is 10-14k.........for this...

(i know gforce fx 5200 is for 3800........anything bettr than this ???)

get an intel d845gvsr motherboard it works very well n its too good for the price....it has integrated/inbuilt graphics.. ive been using it can play almost all games wid less eye candy of course as it is integrated graphics but if u r a kind of a guy who jus wants to play not botherin much about the eye candy u can get this one its around 3,5 or 4 i think...some games work very well wid a lot of eye candy too

go for a mobo which supports DDR & Pcie

256mb RAM &128mb geforce 6200

both will cost 1400 and 3.5k respectively
