dear mod,

ofcourse i have googled my query but do we acknowledge that at times people who have used certain software / application explain ones query far better than the so called "self-explanatory" sites of the product.

This is just for ur kind notice, no offence "V"
i found these sites for my query which i didn't find satisfactory so thought of replying the same person who can share his experiences too with the product. Hope u dnt mind that! do u?

I respect DIGIT! But m sorry if its an inconvinience for u. do lemme know

See...usually in MySql u have to control everything using commands....but PhpMyAdmin is a browser and php based application using which u can :-

Create Databse
Run SQL queries
Assign users to Database
and many more things....i guess u take some help of an experienced programmer if u really dont know about all these things..

PHPMyAdmin as already been suggested !
its a set of php scripts, which allow you edit your mysql database from a browser. you need a php-enabled http-server running in your computer.

easier way out
Use MySQL Front
A standalone windows application. Very Popular
