DAP trouble

yaars,
im getting this error everytime DAP completes a download.

the instruction at "0x6c372a80" referenced memory at "0x3b706e1d". The memory could not be "read". Click Ok to terminate prog and Cancel to debug

after this DAP exits itself. is it somehow related to expanding the autoexec,config or command files, bcos i think this all started after that.

also ashServ.exe gives this error when the computer is shutting down.

check dap files have write permisions for user running it[if ntfs]
if other os try to uninstall and reinstall

Tried in other OS???

i have DAP 7.2 . I have tried to uninstall it and install DAP 7.3 but same thing. so im back to DAP 7.2 now.
And what is AshServ.exe?
