there is a file called webproxy.exe in my taskmanager\processe wat is the function of dat file or is it some trojan please help me out

According to this site, webproxy.exe is nothing but a part of Panda antivirus suite. It is very much advisable that u get all the other processes in ur task manager check out at this site:
http://www.processlibrary.com

PS: Personally, I don't go to these site manually myself, as I just type the process in question in google and google lists results from these sites on top. I would advise u to do that too.
