TweakNow RegCleaner Standard - Results not clear

On running TweakNow RegCleaner Standard it reported the following :

1) HKCR\CLSID\(.... some numbers....)\ImprocServer32 ADMPROX.dll
2) ..................... do ....................... deskpan.dll
3) ..................... do ....................... ADMPROX.dll
4) ..................... do ....................... ADMPROX.dll
5) ..................... do ....................... ADMPROX.dll
6) ..................... do ....................... ADMPROX.dll

Under Problem details :

UNKNOWN
The program unable to determine status of ADMPROX.dll & deskpan.dll

I wonder as to which program these entries belong and whether it will be safe to delete these 6 entries from the registry ? Are these orphan entries left behind ?

Am using WinXP Pro.

Those files come with Windows XP SP1. They are some system files. Most probably those entires are broken links to those files. If you have the provision to take backup using TweakNow, then you can remove those entries.

ccleaner or ace utilities. they are absolutely safe.
