Default yeh kya faluda hai , cd aur dvd ka


i wrote some (burn) cds and dvds

now all are working fine in my system, but half are working and half not working on my friends's pc (3 friends 3 pcs)

whats going on, i check again at my palce, all working fine

There may be a problem in ur friends drive like lens problem etc. Must be a n old one.

check at 3 friends

1 has old dvd rom (mine, i sold)

1 has cd wirtter

1 had combo drive

Happens with me also ... I burn dvd's / cd's on my pc and they dont work on my bros pc (he is using a lg dvd combo) ... the same cd's/dvd's work fine at my place ...

For the dvd media ..check if the drives support the +r or -r format ... older drives mostly support the -r fortmat ...

i am using dvd-r media ... and it does not work .... god knows whats the problem..

what was wrong with my siggy dude ? if u dont want long signatures y dont u just limit the space provided for them instead of editing a sensible signature.. ??? dont misuse your god damn moderator powers...

boss... u might be writin the cd faaaaaaaaaaassst... Preferably write @ 1/4th the read speed of ur or ur friend's drive.

Also some read probs occur.. not for samsung.. but max with LG drives

Dude now I am not emotionally attached with my LG Drive , but your lines above went like an M16 Sniper bullet through my heart.

I have my LG Writer for over 3 years , 6 months now and it has never ever screwed up.No not a single time.

Don't know why you are a fan of Samsung when the whole world believes otherwise.

Just today I wrote 16 CD's one after the other without any problem.

LG==Reliability dude.

I hope you got what I am trying to say didn't you?

Anyways I don't understand what the speed at which you write the CD has got to do with the speed of the drive you want to read the CD on.

Please explain precisely.
