Please let me know in detail, function of this in Win XP Pro SP2

this is a tool to extract such system files or other files which have become corrupt or have been deleted from the PC by mistake.Windows may give an error regarding the file name. If the file is corrupt or missing using tool you can extract the file. But you have to use your own discretion as to where the file is (where is the source CD or floppy etc.) then only you can extract the required file. If you cannot find the file in the installation diskette just use windows search to locate the file. That's it.
