Default Suggest me a pc configuration

Hi,
I want to buy a new computer. My purpose of use is mainly gaming and software development in VB. My budget is Rs 35000/-. I prefer to buy AMD machine. As I am from Kolkata, please suggest so that I can buy them here.
I prefer 17" Flat monitor,120Gb HDD,512MbRAM.
