http://www.giga-byte.com/VGA/FileLis...050107_3d1.htm

Dear Digitians, Need advice. FAST!

This package is priced someware around 500$. Could anyone provide me with its price in INR.

And I need some advice on buying an econimical new gaming rig, which can be used to play all latest Games.

ASUS A8N-SLi with 2x6600 GT would be a better deal.

The 3D1 packs 2 6600GT's on a single card.

If you want to run your system at stock speed
i mean the CPU & Ram at there stock speed then
Gigabyte is good choice.

But if you want to tweak more then ASUS A8N-SLi or A8N-E would be gr8 choice.

Economical and this Gigabyte dont gel at all
This Gigabyte with 3D1 combo will be costly.

Also if you want a a rig that can play most of your games then go for
- ASUS A8N-E
- AMD 3000+ Venice
- Gainward/LeadTek/Big/XFX based 6600GT PCI-E x16
This will allow you to play all the latest games.
at a descent frames per second.

Rashi & Prime ABGB Mumbai

AMD 3000+ Venice Rs8000 - 8500

PCI-E x16 based 6600GT cost approx Rs 10-11K

All the products are easily available, depends where you stay.

Man it is becoming increasingly hard to choose core components.....

What can overclock the most?

What costs less?

What is future Proof (alleast for a few hours)?

What makes us think we are GOD?...

Man I am simply flabergasted when i run Notepad on my frnds P4-3.8GHZ 1GBDDR2RAM 256MB-GeForce6800U 80GB+80GB-SATA-RAID-0 480Watts-Dual-SMPS-Wireless Microsoft Desktop 3.0V Key-Mouse + 7.1 Creative+ WiFi......

U homies get the picture dont you.

I still enjoy telling him, that his fu$^@#& system should have had a dual Processers for real performance, and look at his smug face and his greasy reply of "yaar my dad did not allow me to spend more than one peti (Lac) for all of this stuff"

taking sli 6600gt ! what sense does that make

consider buying msi / asus nforce 4 ultra/sli or dif stuff with 256mb pci-e 6800gt(preferably with 3yr or higher warranty)

can 6600gt sli perform even 10% better in qny game compared to 6800gt
