Default best Anti-spam??

I've been recieving lot of spam in my outlook express inbox like "Univercity diploma programme",etc .
It is my Hathway mail account.Hathway don't have any filters for spam.
So which is the best anti-spam software i could use?

How is Norton's Anti-spam?
