Default EMS allocation error!!!!!

I own a P4 machine. Recently I upgraded my Celeron PC to P4. I played a game called as Aladdin (DOS based game) in my old Celeron PC. It worked perfect. After I upgraded my PC to P4, whenever I start the game it shows me an 'EMS allocation error' message. I have both Win98 and WinXP. In Win98 the error message is 'EMS allocation error' and in WinXP the error message is 'XMS allocation error'. Please reply to me as quickly as you can. I am fed up of seeing those messages.
