What type of file is a "MILK File?"

These are preset files of the "Milkdrop" visualisation plugin which is included in Winamp.

like winap to Jet audio ?

That is not possible unless u have a special plugin for jetaudio which does that! And i dont think any such plugin exists! The only plugin port i came across was a sonique plugin which allowed winamp visualisations. Also try Foobar 2k it can run most winamp plugins i suppose.
