Default is TOOL BAR tweaking possible ?

Is it possible to replace the plain vanilla look of the tool bar with an image file of the same dimension as that of the tool bar using the S/W like resource hacker. If possible plz tell me how to go about doing it.

@Siriusb
He is not using 98, He is using 2000 Sp3.

@Slugger
Yes, Siriusb is right. You can change the look of your UI with any additional softwares like Windowblinds, Talisman, Style XP, Litestep etc.

Btw .. Thats not Toolbar .. Its Taskbar .. Toolbar tweaking is possible with YzToolbar .. For Taskbar you'll have to find some skinning option ..
