Error opening programs

I am facing the error mentioned below on almost all the programs while running them..

caused an invalid page fault in

The PSAPI.DLL file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtAllocateVirtualmemory.

Whats this? How do I resolve the problem?

which os? what has hapnd? did u install/uninstall anything? use any cleaner/optimizer? some details would help.

Os - WIN 98 SE

Didnt install/uninstall anything....

I"d guess it happened after the the virus and trojan issue which i mentioned in the post here . Now softwares arent running . Clicking on it gives the error.

it seems your comp still isnt free from trojans/spywares
