Default WHERE IS MSVCP60.dll LOCATED

I recently re-installed Windows 2000. After that I installed winamp. However now when I try to run Winamp, I get he message saying that the file MSVCP60.dll is missing. But winamp runs perfectly well. If I get this dll file, in which folder should I copy this file to.
