^+1 to the assembled DDR3 combo. @ OP Don't go for branded PC if you can. Assembled will be cheaper and also you have the freedom to explore the cabinet and all the hardware.

+1 for the config suggested by @desiibond. Also check out the Cooler Master Elite 335 cabinet with the PSU. This combo comes with a 400W PSU that supplies 20A on the 12V rail and also has PCI-E connector for Graphics card. That is a bonus. Besides all this you get warranties for each component separately when you assemble and that helps.
