what is the simplest and easy way of cropping a picture in windows 7 ??

Yes Irfan View should be your first choice. In this You can resize your images also.

Iview, or Xn view, or Moo0 all of them can do.. but first prefer iview.. its small easy and customisable.

if you have lot of pictures, download VideoCharge Studio from http://www.videocharge.com/Index.php, i think that it soft can help you.

it works on Windows 7
