Is recording online streaming videos illegal...How the site owner can trace us ?

recording is illegal until they don't give any right to you. And they host those videos in their own server and they can view any stat they want.. Be aware, u may get case in such case so.In order to be little safe, you need to put whois guard in ur website.

Check the T&C of the Website.


BTW He can't trace you unless you give him your address and all details.

I am on bsnl broadband and I think the IP I am using is Dynamic..which changes everytime I rebbot my modem..Now, Can I download ??

I said that the person can trace you only when you give him your address and stuff cause he cant trace you via a BSNL Dynamic IP.

Yes you can download but it is illegal @ Some Websites and that is punishable under the Cyber Laws.
