computer hangs on dowloading anything

my pc hangs when i try downloading anything like from microsoft and softpedia.all the icons on my desktop turrn light green and i always have to restarrrt wats freakin wrong?????!!!!!

hi !

do u use a download manager ? if yes, which one ?
rt click on ur bar and see the task manager. do u c any uknown processess ?

maybe, just maybe your system has been infected.
so why dont u run ur anti=virus (avast/avg/etc) and ur anti-spyware (ms anti-spy and adaware). ideally schedule their boot-time scan or run them in safe-mode. also clean up ur pc junk. use ccleaner.

i have 128 mb ram,its not bcuz of dis since i had downloaded lots of files wit di much ram.its maybe some viru sor sumthing,dats why ill scan using avast! virus cleaner.i dont like using ccleaner and all cuz theyre kinda comfusing 2 use.
