Question How to convert many images at once?

I have a taken a lot of screen shots. But they are all in bmp format which takes up a lot of space and hard to upload. And comverting these pics one by one is a real pain. How can i comvert all these pics simply at once?

While taking screenie's if you use print screen button + paste in MS Paint, then save as jpeg instead of the default bmp.
