Default Netstat Command ambiguity

I ran the netstat command to check up on my network connections. I have a few queries...

1. Why does it show my local address as 127.0.0.1(localhost) and sometimes as my own real LAN ip (192.168.196.100)?
Whats the difference in the two cases?

2. Some listings shows local address as 0.0.0.0 How can this be possible?

Please see snapshot to get an idea of what im talkin about

Default Re: Netstat Command ambiguity

Are you using a static IP address or DHCP config from the router?
