PayPal is the best!!
Its a American bank but.....
After you earn the money online you can transfer the money in your Indian bank account

Paypal is not a bank
Its a payment processor entity

My experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank's internet banking has been very good. SBI sucks. Not very user-friendly,cumbersome and absolutely next to nil customer service/helpline.I use their internet banking only to check my account balance.

If u want complete online solution, ICICI has no competition. (but, requires, 10k minimum in ur account at any time)

SBI's net banking is pretty good too, good security measures.
But, a few things are still handled manually.

Using SBI, SBT, HDFC, Corporation Bank and Federal Bank net banking. I liked SBI/SBT the most.

What is your requirement basically ? If we know that, will be able to suggest better.

Try ICICI or Union Bank of India.
My Dad uses ICICI and it is good for net banking

In public banks i will suggest PNB (min deposit just Rs.1000/-) you get a debit card & online banking.
It has a good online network (Core banking supported with tulip connection)
Most of the transactions (be it online transactions such as bills, neft/rtg etc work very well)
The site interface is a bit old (designed by infy) but works well.
